How do you get it?
I will note all of that to help me during my internship. Happily, I find my internship by emailing internship@consumerchoice.com, If anyone is still looking you can also apply.
I just finished watching version F, and now I'm here. I really agree that internships are important to students these days. I found my internship at Consumerchoice. If anyone is interested, send us an email at internship@consumerchoice.com.
Cool
Yo la team save me!
Awesome!
I wish you had specified paid internships as unpaid internships are scams and can actually be detrimental to your resume. I encourage anyone watching to not partake in this unjust system. We need to bring actual entry level jobs back
Correction, not that they didnt specify that the internships should be paid, but they pointed out legal guidelines to make internships be paid and those are very rarely followed
@@merrybright5732 Entry level jobs don't exist because the default education system is getting worse. Everything's locked up in making college free because no one can touch the regular school system without losing votes.
paid or not ahaha, heres one of company that offers internship amidst pandemic. Consumerchoice (email: internship@consumerchoice.com) you can email them guys.
Where are the sources?
Mario Lopez idk
There probably are none that actually support what they're saying. Most likely they're manipulating data because data actually shows that the difference between employment for people with unpaid internship experience and no experience is within a margin of error. Unpaid internships, which are more common, are almost detrimental to a resume as it devalues the work you do. The way employers look at it, if you were doing something worthwhile, why weren't you getting paid? If you can get a paid internship it may be worth it, but those are only available in certain fields.
Yo la team save me!
my source is that i made it the fuck up
Fuck you I’m going to the pros
thetab.typeform.com/to/cjIfPK?Ambassador&A fill out this for internship opportunities, only takes a couple of seconds!
I'm living proof that the Code Louisville staff cares about their students. It's a great program. I'm going deaf, I had lost my job at GE after 2 hand surgeries, and I was constantly teetering on being homeless the entire time I was a CL student. It was a rough time, just one crisis after another. They gave me the kind of one on one support that I needed in order to succeed. They cared about me as a human being and it made all the difference in the world. I graduated from the Front End, and Back End (PHP) cohorts through Code Louisville. Learning to code also increased my self confidence. I'm very proud of the fact that I learned how to program. I've been gainfully employed again since December. I work in the Geography Branch of the US Census Bureau. Although it's not a job as a programmer, it is very tech oriented. I sit behind two computer screens all day dealing with digital maps and GPS points, satellite and aerial imagery, and doing internet based research. I feel like having graduated from CL helped me not only land my initial position, but also when I applied for my recent promotion to Geography Technician. Code Louisville changes lives without putting people into outrageous debt. As the amount of skilled coders in the area grows, it will attract more higher paying tech jobs to the area and be a boost to the local economy overall. It's a WIN/WIN for the Kentuckiana area.
